Each player is permitted to hold only one active 100bet account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension. If you have lost access to your account, contact 100bet support rather than creating a new one.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 100bet are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies to exploit promotions, will result in the cancellation of bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 100bet login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. 100bet will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately.
100bet prohibits cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), and any form of fraudulent activity. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine law.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the 100bet Platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 100bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The 100bet Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 100bet does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 100bet Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 100bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 Verification. 100bet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 100bet login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your Account.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 100bet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. 100bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. Bets placed and transactions completed using your Account credentials are binding, regardless of whether they were made by you personally.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure, subject to applicable law and prior notice to the registered email address.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 100bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, debit cards, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. 100bet aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically clear within one (1) hour of approval during operational hours.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. The use of funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4.5 Errors. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your Account, 100bet reserves the right to correct such error and recover any funds incorrectly credited, regardless of whether you have wagered such funds.
5.1 General. 100bet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Real-money funds in your Account are used before Bonus Funds unless otherwise specified.
5.3 Abuse. 100bet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using coordinated betting strategies to exploit promotions, or providing false information to qualify for an offer.
5.4 Modification. 100bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights already accrued by Players.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 100bet Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
6.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on the 100bet Platform use certified RNG systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by 100bet or any third party.
6.3 Bet Finality. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 100bet Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the records maintained by 100bet's systems shall be the definitive reference.
6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 100bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. 100bet shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the 100bet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, and video, is the property of 100bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. 100bet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the 100bet Platform. Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in legal action.
9.1 No Warranty. The 100bet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 100bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 100bet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Exclusions. 100bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 100bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 Force Majeure. 100bet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
10.1 Commitment. 100bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. We provide tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of one week, one month, three months, six months, one year, or permanently. 11.1 By 100bet. 100bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your Account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) you have provided false information; or (d) it is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
11.2 By Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 100bet support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
100bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 100bet will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the 100bet Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Disputes. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 100bet Platform, you agree to first contact 100bet support to seek an informal resolution. 100bet will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also refer complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its applicable procedures.
